Whole-Wheat Lemon Biscotti

Combine flours and baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for surface
- 1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 ounces (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon pure almond extract
- 1 cup whole almonds
