Turkey Chili

In a large skillet cook turkey, onion, garlic, and chili seasoning in oil for 7 minutes
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/4 lbs.Ground Turkey
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1 Garlic Clove chopped
- 1 pkg. Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
- 2 medium Red Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 can - 28 oz. Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 2 cans Black Beans
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
Molten Chocolate Cake with Caramel Filling

1.Preheat the oven to 425°
- 1 stick unsalted butter, plus melted butter for brushing
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 6 ounces dark chocolate (70 percent cacao), chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature
- Pinch of salt
- 4 heaping teaspoons of cold, store-bought caramel sauce
- Flaky Maldon sea salt for sprinkling
- Confectioners’ sugar for sprinkling
Blue cheese salad

Blend ingredients for dressing together with hand mixer
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Salad:
- 1/4 lettuce wedge
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Peter butter banana muffins

1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2
- 1 cup all-purpose flour.
- 3/4 cup quick cooking oats.
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar.
- 1 tablespoon baking powder.
- 1 cup milk.
- 1/2 cup peanut butter.
- 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana.
- One egg beaten.
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
- 2 tablespoons of butter melted.
- 2 tablespoons of packed brown sugar.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine pumpkin, brown sugar and spices
- • 1 cup pumpkin puree
- • 1/4 cup brown sugar
- • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- • 1/4 teaspoon ground gloves
- • 2 cups cream
- • 1 pound dark chocolate , finely chopped
- • 1 ounce butter, room temperature
- • 1/4 cup orange-flavored liqueur, optional (recommended: Grand Marnier)
- • 6 ounces melted dark chocolate
- • 3 ounces cocoa powder
