Crunchy lemonade drumsticks

Mix 1 tablespoon lemon zest and lemon juice in large bowl
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 12 skin on chicken drumsticks -- 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pounds
- Kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups Panko
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- olive oil cooking spray
Venetian Potatoes

Boil unpeeled potatoes,until you can poke with a fork (about 1/4 of an inch)
- 9 med. red potatoes
- 5 TBSP real butter
- 3 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3 cups sour cream (I use lite)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Southern Fried Chicken

• To Marinate the Chicken: • Massage 1½ teaspoons of the salt into the chicken pieces
- • 4 teaspoons salt divided
- • 1 whole chicken (4 pounds) backbone removed chicken cut into 8 pieces
- • 3 cups buttermilk
- • 6 cups grapeseed oil or canola oil for deep frying
- • 2 cups all-purpose flour
- • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry mustard
- • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- • 1 tablespoon onion powder
- • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

White Chocolate Bread Pudding

1. Spray inside of 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 6 cups French bread cubes
- 1 package (6 oz) white chocolate baking bar, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup fat-free egg product
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Classic Pound Cake

1. Let eggs stand at room temperature about 30 minutes or until they are room temperature (no more than 2 hours)
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cold unsalted butter (8 oz.), cut in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cold cream cheese, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2-3/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 tsp. pure vanilla

- Dough:
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- two in three-quarter cups sifted flour
- three large egg yolks cooked and mashed through sieve.
- Filling:
- 12 ounces of apricot jam
- 12 ounce can of condensed sweetened milk
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter
- icing:
- when 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

triple Citrus Bars

If you cannot find fresh Key limes, use regular (Persian) limes
- Crust
- 5 ounces animal crackers
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar (light or dark)
- Pinch table salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted and cooled slightly

- 2 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest , minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon zest , minced
