German chocolate pie

Over low heat melt chocolate and butter
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 4 ounces German chocolate chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
Cherry Clafoutis

Preheat oven to 375°. Butter an 11 inch round baking dish and spread to cherries evenly over the bottom
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, thinly sliced, plus more for the dish
- 1 pound(2 cups) fresh cherries pitted
- three large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups half and half
- 1/2 cup 4% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup +2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- confectioners' sugar for dusting
Ham and Wild Rice Soup

1. Mix all ingredients except half-and-half in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
- 3/4 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1 bag (1 pound) Green Giant® frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth
- 1 can (10.75 ounces) reduced-sodium cream of celery soup
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
Chocolate butter cream

Cup condensed milk in double boiler until thick and golden color then cool
- 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter
- 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate melted
Heavenly Caramel Pie

1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell using 9-inch glass pie plate
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1 1/2 cups SMUCKER'S® Caramel Ice Cream Topping (from two 12.25-oz jars)
- 1/4 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Chopped Pecans
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
- 1/2 cup Fisher® Chef's Naturals® Pecan Halves
Paradise Macaroons

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 2 (7 to 8-ounce) packages sweetened shredded coconut
- 2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large egg whites at room temperature
- 5 ounces granulated sugar
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 ounce vegetable shortening
- 2 ounces finely chopped dry-roasted macadamia nuts
Cherry Bounce

Mix all ingredients together in a large airtight jar or container
- 4 cups pitted cherries
- 1/2 cup sugar

Buttery Seed Naan

This teardrop-shaped, leavened flatbread is a staple in South Asia, where it takes many slightly different forms
- Bread
- 4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 teaspoons salt*
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2/3 to 3/4 cup milk**
- 1/2 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter) or melted butter
- 1 large egg
- *Since naan is often eaten with salty foods, it doesn't include much salt itself. If you plan on eating this bread alnoe, you'll want to either increase the amount of salt, as indicated; or sprinkle with sea salt once it's baked.
- **Use the greater amount in winter or in a dry climate; the lesser amount in summer or a humid climate.

- 1 egg white beaten with 1 teaspoon water, optional

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- Topping
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Fresh apple cake
