  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne (optional, I never use)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken breast (use more or less)
  • Black pepper and salt to taste (if necessary)
  • Garnish: avocados, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes
