1. Cut sausage into cubes
- 2 lbs sausage (prepared)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg (32oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup cricso shortening
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans
Skillet Pork Chops and Potatoes
