1. Put potatoes, onions and salt in water to cover in large pot; simmer until tender, about 15 mins
- 8 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
- 2 cups peeled and chopped onions
- 4 cups chopped celery
- 4 cups water
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 cups half and half
- 6 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp fresh parsley, optional

1. This recipe requires refrigeration
- 1 bottle Cranberry Juice, 32 oz
- 1 can Orange Juice, 16 oz
- 1 can Pineapple Juice, 6 oz
- 2 Oranges, sliced
- 1 Lemon Sliced
- 1 bottle Ginger Ale, chilled, 50 oz.
- 1 pt Raspberries, optional
- 1 pt Blueberries, optional
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint, optional
Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

1 Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick (about 1lb)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

- 1 envelope (1oz) ranch salad dressing mix

White Christmas Cocktail

1. Pour the heavy cream, vodka, schnapps and white creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker over ice
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1 oz white creme de cacao

- 1 small candy cane, for garnish
Homemade Taco Seasoning

Mix all ingredients together in a jar
- 1/2 cup and 1 tsp hot chili powder
- 1/3 cup and 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup and 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp and 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp and 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp and 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp and 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
- 12-1/2 pinches cayenne pepper, or to taste(1 tbsp?)

- 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lb velveeta, cubed(use more shredded cheddar)
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
