Step 1-the cake-Preheat oven to 350F
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 8 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup sour cream, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- For the Lemon Syrup~
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- For the Lemon Glaze ~
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4-6 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Cheddar Mashed Potato Casserole

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 20 min
- 2 lb Yukon gold potatoes (about 6), peeled, quartered
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 6 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1. Trim fat from beef. Season beef on all sides with salt and pepper
- 2-3 lb boneless beef chuck pot roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup brewed coffee

1. Steam spinach - strain and squeeze through cheesecloth, must be very dry
- 2 bags fresh spinach

- 2 cans (12oz each) cherry pie filling
- 2 pkg chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 hershey's chocolate candy bars

- 12 " cast iron dutch oven.
