1. Place croutons in a greased 3qt baking dish
- 1 package (6oz) onion and garlic salad croutons
- 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 4 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups milk, divided
- 3/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 package (26oz) frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Soldier's Bread

1. Mix raisins, hot water, butter and baking soda in bowl
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Nonstick spray
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or other nuts
Crock Pot Taco Casserole

1. Brown ground meat and drain
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- 15oz can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 (16oz) cans chili with beans
- 3/4 lb grated cheese
- nacho cheese tortilla chips

1. Place all ingredients in blender with crushed ice and blend to consistency of custard
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 4 chunks fresh pineapple, cut in 1/2" squares
- Enough mint to make it green

- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter shortening, melted
- 1 large egg
- 4-4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- yellow corn meal

1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray a 13x9" baking dish with non-stick spray
- 1 3/4 cups oats
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup crisco butter shortening
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sundae syrups ice cream topping
