Directions Place the beans in a large bowl and cover with cold water by 1-inch and cover with plastic wrap

- 3/4 cup medium amber pure maple syrup

Steak With Blue Cheese Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 ounces soft blue cheese (about 3/4 cup)
- 3 tablespoons sour cream

Weeknight Roast Chicken: Hear Me Out

Turns out, though, that roasting a chicken is pretty darn easy, and more economical
- 1 small whole chicken (about 3 – 3 1/2 pounds)
