- 1 fryer chicken cut into serving pieces (about 3-4 pounds cut into 8 pieces) or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves.
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 red sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/4 C all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C unsalted butter, softened
- 1 C peanut butter at room temperature (smooth is what we used, but I am pretty sure they use chunky at the bakery)
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 T. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 C peanut butter chips
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
