Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
- 1 3/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pure pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
Irish Soda Bread

There are many variations of Irish soda bread out there (probably about one recipe for every family)
- 2 C flour
- 1 C plus 2 T quick cooking oats
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 C raisins
- 1 C plus 2 T. buttermilk
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 T honey
- 1 T butter, melted
- 1/3 C brandy
Ranch Dressing made with Yogurt
