This soup tastes just like the one served at Panera Bread
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 C. half-and-half
- 3 C. low sodium chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 7-inch sourdough bread boules
- 4 C. broccoli florets (about 1 head)
- 1 large carrot (diced)
- 2-1/2 C. (about 8 ounces) grated sharp white and yellow cheddar cheese
Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Easy stroganoff made in the crock pot
- 3 pound beef round steak, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1.8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 2 (4 oz. each)cans sliced mushrooms,drained or 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms/sliced
- 1 (10-1/2 oz) can condensed beef broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
- 1-1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup flour
Buffalo Chicken Chile

Tastes almost like wings!
- 1 Tblsp. olive oil
- 2 Tblsp. butter
- 2 lbs. ground chicken (could use shredded chicken)
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped celery stalks
- 5 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 Tblsp. paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
- 2 C. chicken stock
- 1/2 C. hot sauce
- 1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1- 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- Corn chips
Sweet Potato Casserole

I normally don't like sweet potatoes, but I love this dish
- 3 Cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Stuffed Pepper Soup

A soup that tastes like your favorite stuffed pepper
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound hot sausage
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 Cups cooked rice (1-1/2 Cup uncooked minute rice)
- 2 Cups chopped green peppers
- 2 beef boullion cubes dissolved in 2 Cups water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
