Peanut butter and Kisses. YUM
- HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Additional granulated sugar
Spinach Artichoke Toast

Classic Spinach dip with the addition of Artichokes and three cheeses
- 2 Tblsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. plus a pinch of kosher salt
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 4 Tblsp. mayonnaise
- 1/3 C. grated Gouda cheese
- 1/3 C. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Tblsp. plus 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese
- Finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
- 4 cups baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 4 (3/4 inch thick) slices country-style bread
Rustic Bread Salad

A delicious salad, best when made with home-grown tomatoes and crusty Italian bread
- 1/2 lb. day old Italian bread, torn into chunks
- 3 Cups ripe tomato chunks
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion rings, cut in holf
- 3/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) DiGiorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, cut in half, lengthwise.
Pheasant With Parmesan Mushroom Cream Sauce

Combine kosher salt, pepper and flour in a large plastic resealable bag
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 pheasants each bird quartered (preferably with skin intact)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely-diced yellow onion
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 3 cups fresh whole small button mushrooms stems removed
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Beefy Mushroom Soup

This is a quick and easy soup
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tablespoons salad oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (28 oz.) peeled, whole tomatoes, cut up
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed beef broth
- 2 soup cans of water
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/3 tsp. ground thyme (I don't use this)
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking rice

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cans (15 oz.) red kidney beans undrained
- 2 packages (1.25 ox) chili seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
Holiday Season Cranberry Bread

This is from the Ocean Spray original recipe
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar (or decrease to 1/2 cup sugar)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed (if possible)
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Artichoke Dip

Creamy, cheesy, and artichokes!! May be served in a bread bowl
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 C. minced red onion
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Pineapple Bake

Who would have ever thought that pineapple, cheddar cheese and Ritz crackers would make such a yummy side dish?
- 2 cans pineapple chunks (reserve 6 Tbsp. juice)
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 C. shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 C. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted butter
