Spaghetti with Olives and Bread Crumbs

I got this recipe from Food Network's Giada De Laurentis
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2/3 cup seasoned dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, plut more for seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup pitted and roughly chopped black olives (recommended: kalamata)
- 3/4 cup pitted and roughly chopped large green olives (recommended: Bella Di Cerignola)
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Asparagus & Parmesan Cream Pastry

These make great little appetizers, and you can make them as big or little as you like
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C. grated Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 lb. (16 slender stalks) fresh asparagus
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. shaved Parmesan Cheese

A good slow cooker recipe
- 1-1/2 pound chuck or round steak cut in strips
- 1/3 Cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomatoes (1 pound)
- 1 - 4oz can mushrooms
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 1 - 10 oz. pkg. French style green beans
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 -2 green peppers, sliced
Crunchy Onion Chicken

Use a can a french fried onions to add flavor and crispiness to chicken
- 1 1/3 Cups FRENCH's original or Cheddar french fried onions
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
- 1 egg, beaten

- 2 C. fresh cranberries
- 1/3 C chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1-1/2 C sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 C flour
- 3/4 C melted butter
Tangy Pulled Pork Sandwiches

- 1 pork tenderloin approx. 1 pound
- 1 C. Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 Kaiser rolls
