Chocolate Pudding Skor Cheesecake (No-bake)

A light-tasting cheesecake
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar (divided)
- 1 brick Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 container (500 ml) Nutriwhip (divided)
- 1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix (serves 4)
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp Hershey's Chipits Skor Toffee Bits (divided)
Crispy chilli beef with broccoli

1.Heat a 5cm depth of oil in a wok until very hot
- oil , for frying
- 300 g minute or thin-cut sirloin steaks , sliced into thin strips and tossed with 3 tbsp cornflour
- broccoli florets from a small head, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves , sliced
- A 5cm piece ginger , finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes , or 1 dried chilli, crumbled
- 1/2 bunch spring onion , sliced on the diagonal
- 4 tbsp soy sauce mixed with 5 tbsp sugar
- 2 limes , juiced
Garden Primavera

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions
- 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup V8 juice
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Chicken and Shrimp Pad Thai

In large bowl, soak noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until softened but still firm
- 1/2 lb. rice noodles (fettuccine width)
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. hot chili paste or 1/2 tsp. hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned (with tails on)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped dry roasted peanuts
- lime wedges
- sweet red pepper slices
Chicken Caciatori - Crock Pot

in large skillet brown chicken in hot oil
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 8 oz can mushrooms sliced

Duchess Potatoes

In large saucepan, add cut-up potatoes and just enough cold water until potatoes are covered; bring to a boil
- 7 cups Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks*
- 3/4 cup warm half and half cream, divided
- 7 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs yolks
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
