Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble; drain
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2-oz) can chili beans (do not drain)
- 1 (10 lz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 oz. chopped green chilis
- 1 (10 oz) can encchilada sauce
- 2 teaspoon chili power (I only used 1 tsp which was plenty)
- 2/3 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups cooked pasta shells ( i used elbow - about 1 1/2 cup not cooked)
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack chese (I used chedder)

- 3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package (14 to 16 oz) mixed salad greens, washed and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1 pound cooked Foster Farms Fresh
- Turkey, shredded
- 1 cup dry chow mein noodles
