Lobster Pie, Creamy

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 5 medium lobsters
- 4 celery slakes, finely chopped
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup (8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup vermouth
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Shrimp Scampi, Epicurean

Sprinkle the red pepper pepper flakes into a frying pan over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 clove garlic, minced
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 pound cooked pasta
Shredded Wheat Bread

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- 3 shredded wheat biscuits
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 1 package dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 5 1/2 cups King Arthur flour
Barbecue Sauce, Big Batch, Art's

In a large saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 4 tablespoons, butter
- 4 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can condensed onion soup
- 1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon, Frank's hot pepper sauce, to taste
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Celery leaves, for garnish
Lobster Linguine, Il Panino's

- 8 ounces olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, whole
- 2 whole, dried pepperoncini
- 2 lobsters
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 1 pound linguine
- 7 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped

In a large pot of boiling water add the pasta and cook according to package instructions
- 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 6-8 littleneck clams
- 1 cup clam juice
- 2 cups canned, peeled tomatoes
- 8 large scallops
- 8 mussels
- 8 large shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups fresh calamari, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 pound pasta of your choice
- salt and pepper to taste
Beef Bouguignon

- 3 pounds sirloin tips

- 1/2 pound slab bacon. Cut into 1/4" strips
- 2 tablespoons King Arthur flour
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 pound mushrooms, trimmed and quartered
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 pound pearl onions
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
Lobster-Angel Hair Pasta

- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 2 tablespoons diced garlic
- 12 ounces cokked lobster meat
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup lobster stock
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
