- 4 cups fresh basil, loosely packed
- 3-4 cloves arlic, diced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Lamb Leg, Herb Crusted

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon dried lavender (optional)

- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups chicken stock

- 2 Italian sausages, pre-cooked and cut into round slices

- 1/2 onion, ddiced salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning

- 1/4 cup clam juice
- 12 jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined and butterflied
- 1/4 cup butter, for basting
- 4 tablespoons butter
- lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 1 teaspoon water to form smooth paste

- 1/4 cup red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
