- 4 large pork chops
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Crab & Shrimp Boil, Zatarains
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup masa harina
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon essence (see recipe)
- 1/3 cup olive oil

In a 3 or 4 quart casserole over low heat, melt the butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 1/2 pounds mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons King Arthur flour
- 2 quarts cold water
- 1/2 ounce dried mushrooms
- juice of half lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons Minor's chicken base
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups light cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 cup croutons, for garnish

Melt butter in a dutch oven over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 3/4 cups onions, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups red potato, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 16 ounces clam juice
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 pounds halibut (or haddock) filets, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces

Heat the oil in a stocpot, over medium heat
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 medium summer squash, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/4 head cabbage, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- pinch oregano, to taste
- 1 can cannanelli beans, drained
- 1 cup penne, ccoked cups fresh spinach leaves
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce (optional)

- 2 pints light cream
- 6 medium egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons King Arthur flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 cups cooked lobster meat (4-6 lobsters)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup crushed potato chips crushed
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons sherry
Meatloaf, Old Fashioned

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 1/2 cups Heinz ketchup
- 2 cups Quaker oats
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup Heinz ketchup, for topping

- 10 garlic cloves
- 1 3-inch piece of fresh Ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup Asian sesame paste
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili paste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 limes)
- 6 tablespoons chicken broth
- Kosher salt to taste
- 4 ounces rice-stick noodles
- Sliced scallions for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
