Caramel Vanilla Martinis

- Ice cubes
- 3 ounces Amaretto
- 2 ounces caramel-flavored Irish cream liqueur
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla vodka
- Chocolate syrup, optional
Tomato & Fennel Salad

Great summer salad from Cook’s County - Love it!
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 small clove, minced
- 1 lb tomatoes, cored and cut into 1 inch chunks (or 1 lb cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half)
- 1/2 fennel bulb, trimmed and sliced thin
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup basil, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces deli ham, thinly sliced, cut in strips
- Salt & Pepper
Authentic Cincinnati Chili (very similiar to Skyline)

- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 quart water, or amount to cover
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 5 whole cloves
- 5 whole allspice berries
- 1 bay leaf
Pad Thai

- For Sauce:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (or palm sugar - haven't been able to find)
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup fish sauce
- Juice of 1 lime (or 2TB tamarind paste - haven't been able to find)
- 3/4 lb cooked shrimp (or can use 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips)
- For Pad Thai:
- 12 Oz. Rice Noodles (I got the 'pre-cooked' ones)
- 1 TB vegetable oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 TB white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 1 tsp sricha sauce (optional - make as hot as you want it)
- 4 Green Onions, chopped
- Red Pepper flakes
- Garnish with Cilantro
Pepperoni Pizza Puffs (Rachel Ray)

Preheat the oven to 375°
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces pepperoni, cut into small cubes (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Fruit Salad with Yogurt (Southern Living)

Toss together first 5 ingredients in a large serving bowl
- 4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 qt. strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
- 3 cups seedless green grapes
- 2 mangoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 (4-oz.) containers fresh raspberries
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Annapolis Crab Bites (FAVORITE)

These are a crowd-pleaser at every summer party!
- 6 english muffins
- 1/2 C margarine, softened
- 5 ounces Kraft Old English Cheese Spread (if you can’t find you can use any sharp cheddar spread)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 7 ounces canned crabmeat
Tortellini with Peas and Prosciutto

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
- Kosher salt
- 1 pound meat or cheese filled tortellini
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces prosciutto or pancetta, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce

Serve over your favorite pasta!
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 12 ounces presliced exotic mushroom blend
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup finely chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Minced fresh parsley (optional)

- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 12 slices potato bread or country white bread
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Confectioners' sugar, for topping
- Maple syrup, for dipping
