  • Mix together:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 (to 3/4) canned pumpkin - smaller can (15 oz?)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Add
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp all spice or ginger
  • Add
  • 1 3/4 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Add
  • 4 oz of chocoloate chips

  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 14 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped seeded tomato

  • 1.5 Lbs Ground turkey or beef

  • 2 TBS Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Red Wine
