Taco Macaroni & Cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain
- pound macaroni or shell pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 serving of taco seasoning (or 1 packet of store-bought seasoning mix)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
Philly Cheese Steak Pizza

Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray
- 6 Rhodes Texas™ Rolls or 9 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium size yellow onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 medium size green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 pound deli roast beef, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tablespoons Cheez Whiz
- 1 cup grated provolone cheese

1. Pick crabmeat, removing any bits of shell
- 1 pound fresh jumbo lump crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 2 green onions, finely chopped

- 5 to 6 medium peaches (about 1 3/4 lb.), unpeeled and coarsely chopped

- Frozen shrimp
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 oz canned tomatoes
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (or flour)
- 7 oz shrimp
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
