Jumbo Shrimp Rolls with Sweet Soy Sauce

1. Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein, if desired
- Sweet Soy Sauce:
- Arrange rolls in a single layer on the platter to prevent them from becoming soggy. Leave tails on shrimp to give guests a handle to hold onto for dipping.
- 24 unpeeled, jumbo raw shrimp, (8/12 ct.)
- 1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. red curry paste
- 24 won ton wrappers
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. crushed dried red pepper
- 2 tsp. honey
- Garnish: green onions
Shrimp and Noodle Bowls

Cook pasta; drain and rinse in cold water
- 8 oz. angel hair pasta
- 1 lb. cooked small shrimp
- 2 c. broccoli coleslaw mix
- 6 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. minced cilantro
- 2/3 c. red sesame ginger salad dressing
Egg Drop Soup (skinny)

Pour egg whites into a container with a spout (like a measuring cup)
- 4 c. fat-free broth, vegetable, chicken, or beef
- 1/2 c. egg whites, about 4 egg whites
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper
- 3 medium scallions, chopped
- 1 Tb. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- opt. salt, black pepper, 4 lemon wedges
Karo Fat-Free Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Chocolate Glaze:
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. Karo syrup
- 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 Tb. cold nonfat milk
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, (Ghiradelli and Droste good)
Merry Cherry Scones

In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients and coconut; cut in butter
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 5 Tb. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. dried cherries
- 2 Tb. grated orange rind
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tb. milk
- coarse red sugar
Cheese and Fruit Puff Pastry Danish

Thaw pastry shells 20 minutes
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen puff pastry shells
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Assorted Fresh Fruit: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, sliced peaches, apricot halves etc.

- 12 small oranges
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 2 c. flaked coconut

- 1/4 cup low-fat soy flour
- 1/4 cup Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk

- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 18 pain au chocolat sticks
