- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oatmeal
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup unsalted butter, in chunks
- Filling
- 3 cups blueberries or 2 cups blueberries and 1 cup raspberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or apple syrup
