- •1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- •3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- •1/3 cup maple sugar
- •2 tsp. baking powder
- •1 tsp. baking soda

- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, homemade or store-bought.
