- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Bunches of Fresh Basil

- 3 C Vegetable stock or water

- 4 C Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp Mirin
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Leaves, minced
- Chopped Fresh Parsley
Mango Salsa
