Crescent Veggie Appetizers

This festive appetizer is a holiday version of the popular veggie appetizer recipe
- 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cups finely chopped assorted vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, cucumber and/or green onions)
Buffet Ham

Place ham in a small roasting pan, pour on syrup - mustard mixture
- 3-lb boneless fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 1/3 cup mustard, preferably whole grain

- 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp white cheddar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapeno chiles, seeds removed, finely chopped

In a small bowl, mix marmalade, preserves, orange juice and peel
- 1 jar (18 oz) orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 tsp grated orange peel
- 6 croissants, split
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
- Quartered fresh strawberries
