Strawberry and Cream Dessert Pizza

Preheat oven to 350. Press sugar cookie dough into a 10 in cast iron skillet or 9x13 in baking pan
- 1 batch of favorite sugar cookie dough (16 oz)
- 1 c white baking chips
- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 c strawberry jam or strawberry glaze
- 3 c sliced strawberries
Slow Baked Beans

These take a long time but are definitely worth the time
- 1 package Great northern beans (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 pound bacon, cut up
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- water
Applesauce Raisin Chews

HEAT oven to 350. BEAT together margarine and sugar until creamy
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1 each egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal quick or old fashioned, uncooked
- 1 cup raisins
Rosemary Cheese Crusted Potatoes

IN large skillet, cook onions in oil 5 minutes or until tender
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded, and divided
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Zucchini Bread

IC cookbook by Julie Beyer This is delicious but if you are looking for really sweet, this isn't it
- 3 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla (I think it needs more)
- 2 c peeled and grated zucchini
- 3 c flour
- 1 t salt (I used flakey sea salt, was really good)
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t soda
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/2 to 1 c chopped nuts
Artichoke Stuffing

Place bread cubes in two ungreased 15-in
- 1 loaf (1 pound) sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jars (6-1/2 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 egg
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
Meaty Lasagne

1. Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef 6-8 minutes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 32 ounces jar of spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 8 each uncooked lasagne noodles
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup water

Beef Barbecue (skinny)

Cut the roast into quarters; place in a greased 5 qt slow cooker
- 3 lb boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 c barbecue sauce
- 1/2 c apricot preserves
- 1/3 c chopped green or sweet red pepper
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2 t brown sugar
- 12 sandwich rolls, split
