Pan Seared Sea Bass

This recipe was on the bag of frozen sea bass filets from Sam's Club
- 4 Sea Bass Filets
- 2 TB Olive Oil
- 3 large Garlic Cloves, cracked
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 TB Butter
- 1 fresh lemon, seeded, sliced thin
- 6 springs parsley leaves, finely chopped
Macaroni and Cheese

Cook the macaroni in a large pot of boiling salted water until done, about 5 to 7 minutes
- 4 * 4 cups (1 pound) elbow macaroni
- 5 * 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 * 4 cups milk
- 1/2 * 1/2 medium onion, stuck with 1 clove
- 4 * 4 cloves garlic
- 1 * 1 bay leaf
- 3 * 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 * 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 * 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 * 2 cups grated Cheddar, plus 1 cup in big chunks
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- * Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water and 1 tablespoon of salt to a boil
- * Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 pounds boiling potatoes
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup milk
- 4 * 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Deviled eggs are hard boiled eggs where the yolk is mixed with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
