Cake, Cherry Crunch Cake

A fast, easy, great cake!!
- 2 cans cherry pie filling
- 1 can #303 crushed pineapple drained
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 cube margarine or butter cut into small pieces (1 stick)
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup nuts
Casserole, Chili Relleno Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup salsa
- 5 (4 ounce) cans whole chilies, drained
- 2 cups shredded Montrey Jack cheese with peppers
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal

- 1 1/2 cups milk

Soup, French Cauliflower Soup with pink Shrimp

Break the cauliflower into equally sized flowrets, blanch them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes; then drain
