Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer
- 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/3 cup margarine, melted
- 4 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Tuna Sandwich Filling

In a medium size bowl, add all the above ingredients
- 2 cans tuna drained
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2-3 green onions chopped
- 1 t apple cider vinegar
- 1 stalk celery, leaves and all, minced
- 1 c fresh parsley, wash and let dry, minced
- 2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped

- salt and pepper to taste
Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken breast meat
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
Satiny Chocolate Glaze

In a double boiler over hot, but not boiling water, combine chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
M & M Cookies

In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, shortening, and vanilla thoroughly
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
Breakfast Monte Cristos

Mix eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla together with a fork and pour in a shallow dish
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 4 slices of bread (thick, whole-wheat bread works great)
- cream cheese
- 2-3 slices deli black forest ham
- 2 eggs, fried (middles poked and spread out so the eggs lay flat)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- powdered sugar
- Raspberry Jam (or any jam you like)
Chocolate Tarts with Peppermint Creme

Prepare phyllo shells as directed on package for crisp unfilled tarts
- 2 packages (15 shells each) frozen mini phyllo shells
- 1/3 cup (3/4 cup) heavy cream, divided
- 4 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate, cut into chunks Substitutions
- 2 ounces (1/4 package) cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Peppermint Extract

Prepare pie crust as directed on package for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch pie pan
- 1 Pillsbury® Pet-Ritz® Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust (from 12-oz. pkg.)
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups fresh fruit (strawberry slices, blueberries, kiwi fruit slices, peach slices or any combination)
