- 16 oz. can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 2 c. coca cola
- 6 oz. pkg. cherry jello
- 1 jar bing or maraschino cherries
- 1 c. nuts
- 6 oz. cream cheese
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 1 1/2 cup liquid. Combine pineapple juice and coca cola and bring to a boil. Dissolve cherry jello in mixture. Add pineapple, cherries, nuts and cream cheese. (Cream cheese will not dissolve completely.) Pour into 9x9 pan and refrigerate overnight.
