Ingredients
- 1 3oz. pkg. lime jello
- 1 3oz. pkg. cherry jello
- 1 6oz. pkg. lemon jello
- 2 c. boiling water, divided
- 1 c. cold water, divided
- 1 c. cool whip
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice and water

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup boiling water; add 1/2 cup cold water and pour into 8x8 pan. Chill until firm. Prepare cherry jello in the same manner.
Dissolve lemon jello in 1 1/2 cup hot syrup mixture. Add cream cheese and strained pineapple. Chill until syrupy.
Cut the firm lime and cherry jello into 1/2" cubes. Fold whipped topping into lemon pineapple mixture. Carefully add jello cubes. Gently fold into 2 quart jello mold and chill until set.
