Whisk egg whites with 1 tsp salt until frothy

- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Chicken Broth

- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Parmigiano Reggiano, Shredded
Turkey Chili

Saute onions and garlic in 3 Tbs
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 29-oz. can chopped tomatoes
- 1 15-oz. can tomato puree
- 1 lg can black beans, red kidney beans, and pinto beans
- 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- salt and pepper to taste
- cheese and cilantro for garnish

Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms
