Heat oven to 375°F. Combine all topping ingredients except pecans in small bowl; stir until well mixed

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Millon Dollar Fudge

Butter two 9x9 inch baking pans and set aside
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 1 (12 oz) pkg.semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 (1 oz) squares German sweet chocolate
- 2 cups marshmallow cream
Crispy Oven - Fried Oysters

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper
- Jalapeno mayonnaise:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 pint shucked oysters or 2 cans (8oz each) whole oysters, drained
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tbs. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup grated lemon peel
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Marmalade Pork Tenderloin

Directions Sprinkle the pork with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
Chicken or Steak with Balsamic BBQ Sauce

- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 pieces chicken (any combination of breast or leg-and-thigh pieces) or 4 pieces of New York strip or Club strip steak

Pressure Cooker-Shredded Sweet Pork

In the bottom of the 6 quart B/R/K pressure cooker place 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 sirloin pork roast (Costco)
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small white onion diced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 12 oz can of coke
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 12-16oz jar of your favorite salsa
Mini Tacos

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons Pace® Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
- 4 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend (about 1 cup)
- Sour cream (optional)
- Sliced pitted ripe olives (optional)
Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake ( Called Best Ever)

The icing on this cake is best the next day after it has time to set
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 oz serving size) Instant chocolate Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) Bakers Semi Sweet chocolate, divided
- 1 tub (8 0z) Cool Whip
- 2 tbs. Almonds, chopped and toasted

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon minced capers
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 quart oil for frying
- 1 pound cod fillets, cut into 2 to 3 ounce portions
- 1 (12 ounce) package corn tortillas
- 1/2 medium head cabbage, finely shredded
