Mashed Potatoes

* Heat the broth and potatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil
- 3 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness™ or Certified Organic)
- 5 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 7 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Generous dash ground black pepper

Line cupcake pan with liners and place an Oreo in the bottom of each liner Add batter to top of Oreo Bake at 350 de
- Cupcakes:
- 1 box of white cake mix {or make from scratch}
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk {1 tablespoon of vinegar in measuring cup add milk to fill and let set for a couple minutes}
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 24 regular size Oreos
- Directions:
- Mix cake like you normally would with eggs, buttermilk and oil
- Place cookies in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin
- Fold into cake batter
Christmas Cauliflower Recipe

In a large saucepan, bring 1-in
- 1 large head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 jar (7.3 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons diced pimientos
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Paprika, optional
