- 2/3 cup broccoli florets

- 1/4 granny smith apple with skin, cored and coarsely chopped

Cream Cheese Cake Mix Cookies | Just A Pinch Recipes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 bx cake mix, any flavor
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 c butter, room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional, depending on flavor)
- 1 c any add-ins (flavored chips, candy, nuts, etc) amounts can be varied. for chocolate chip i added a 12 oz bag of semisweet chips

Directions * Combine the first seven ingredients; mix well

- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Combine the tomatoes, jalapeno, 1 onion, and 2 cloves of garlic in a food processor fitted with a steel blade
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes in juice
- 1 jalapeno chile, ribs and seeds removed, minced
- 2 small or 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, 2 crushed, 1 minced
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 (19 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2-3 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 cup shredded Pepperjack Cheese
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup water or broth
- 4 poblano peppers, halved lengthwise, ribs and seeds removed
