Peach Crisp (can peaches)

Preheat oven to 400. Open up the peaches and drain the juice into a small saucepan
- Topping:
- 2 29-oz. cans peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened or melted
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Ding Dong Cake

Bake cake as directed on box in three layers
- 1 Devils Food or Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 Box Powdered Sugar
- 1 Tub Chocolate Icing
Chopped Nicoise Salad

Boil a couple of inches of water in a large pot with a fitted steamer basket
- 4 small red potatoes (about 1/2 pd. total)
- 1/3 pound fresh green beans
- 1 (12 oz)can chunk light tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped Greek or Spanish olives
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced (about 2 cups)
- 5 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tubes (10.2 ounces each) large refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened or cubed), softened

- 10.75 can cream of mushroom soup
- 10.75 soup can filled with beef broth

Heat butter and oil in a skillet
- 1 pd. lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tbs butter

Prize-Winning Recipe 2008! Meet the easy cookie-mix cousin to warm and spicy apple crisp
- 1 Heat oven to 300°F. Spray bottom and sides of 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, toss filling ingredients. Spread mixture in baking dish.
- 2 In same large bowl, stir cookie mix and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.
- 3 Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with pecans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- 4 long hard rolls, split
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
