- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
Orecchiette with Toasted Breadcrumbs

- 1 pound dried orecchiette or other small shaped pasta
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
