1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 (16 oz) pkg bowtie pasta
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red onion, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow squash, thickly sliced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
Grilled Sesame-Ginger Chicken

1. Heat gas or charcoal grill
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
- Hot cooked Japanese curly noodles, if desired

- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 (10-oz.) bag marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 6 cups Cocoa Puffs® Cereal
- 1 cup coarsely crushed dried banana chips
Turkey Stuffed Zucchini and Red Bell Peppers

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup grated Pecorino Romano
- 1/4 cup dried plain bread crumbs
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 zucchini, ends removed, halved lengthwise and crosswise
- 1 short orange bell pepper, halved and seeded

- 1/4 cup finely grated lemon peel (from 6 large lemons)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Additional powdered sugar

- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
