- 6 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 2 T flour
- 4 sprigs parsley, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped separately
- 2 T butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
