Oriental Ramen Broccoli Cole Slaw

1 Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces
- 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar

- Icing:
- 1 package plain white cake mix
- 4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
- 1 cup coca cola
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (Or substitute 1/2 C whole milk with a T of lemon juice stirred in)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups of marshmallows
- 8 Tablespoons (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 4 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 Cup coca cola
- 4 Cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- 1 Cup chopped pecans (I left these out because my kids prefer this cake with no nuts, but pecans are GREAT in this!)
Sloppy Joes - Manwich Copycat

I really dig Manwich, but the canned stuff gives me the tummy ache sometimes
- 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pound ground beef

For an extra-crispy crust, use stone-ground yellow cornmeal, if available
- 1 * 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 12 * 12 catfish fillets (about 3 3/4 pounds)

- 3-4 Cups Shredded Turkey (can substitute chicken or omit entire)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 quarts cornbread
- 2 tablespoons dried sage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup (one stick) margarine, melted
- 3-4 cups broth (from your turkey or canned)
