Peach Crumble

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Boil water in a pot Place peaches into an 8 x 8 baking dish Pour boiling water over

- 1 cup Packed brown sugar

- 1/2 cup Butter or butter flavored shortening
- 1/2 cup Chopped almonds

- 1/2 cup sea salt
- 3 slices lime
- 5 to 10 fresh mint leaves
- 5 drops essential lime oil
- Combine; add to a basin filled with warm water.

Speedy Breakfast Casserole

A yummy breakfast casserole that can be put together at the last minute - hash browns, sausage or ham, onion, bacon...
- 4-6 hash brown patties or about 2-1/2 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar
- 1 cup of cooked crumbled Jimmy Dean sausage or cooked, diced ham
- 1 tablespoon of finely diced yellow onion
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1-1/2 cups of milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste, optional
- 2 pinches of kosher salt
- 8 turns of the pepper grinder
Caramel Filled Brownies

- 2 boxes Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
- Eggs, oil, and water to prepare both mixes
