- 7 tsps. Acid Blend
- 6 Cans Cold Water
- 4 Cans Warm Water
- 5 tsps. Yeast Nutrient
- 3/4 tsp. Peptic Enzyme
- 1/2 tsp. Wine Tannin
- 1 pkg. Wine Yeast
Peanut Butter Cake

- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting
- 5 Tbs. butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup half and half or cream
- dash of salt

- 1 can pickled beets
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns (I used fiery pink peppercorns)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Clean, core, and boil cabbage until tender but not done
- 1 medium head cabbage, blanched
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 C. rice
- 5 crackers, rolled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 C. water
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Shortening (melted)
Sweet Potato Pie

No, its not a dessert, its a side dish
- Sweet Potatoes:
- 1 C sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Stick Margarine
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 3.5 oz sweetened flaked coconut
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Place in pot and cover with water until fork tender. Drain well and place in mixing bowl. Add margarine and beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, while the mixer i

- 1 C Pecans
- Stir together flour and brown sugar, breaking up any lumps. Cut in margine. Stir in pecans. Spoon or s

Vegetable Soup, Mom's

This is a very simple vegetable soup recipe that I got from one of my son's elementary school teachers
- Broth:
- 12 cups of water
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 6 bay leaves
- Add:
- potatoes
- green beans
- corn
- (If you don't like chopped onions, leave them whole and dip them out with the bay leaves before you eat it.)
