  • Sweet Potatoes:
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 3.5 oz sweetened flaked coconut
  • Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Place in pot and cover with water until fork tender. Drain well and place in mixing bowl. Add margarine and beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, while the mixer i

This is a very simple vegetable soup recipe that I got from one of my son's elementary school teachers

  • Broth:
  • 12 cups of water
  • 4 cups tomato juice
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
  • 6 bay leaves
  • Add:
  • potatoes
  • green beans
  • corn
  • (If you don't like chopped onions, leave them whole and dip them out with the bay leaves before you eat it.)
