Seven Layer Taco Dip

In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans
- 1 (1 oz.) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz. package cream cheese softened
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 (6 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Mix pudding with 3 cups of cold milk and fold in Cool Whip
- For the filling:
- 1 large and 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 - 8 oz. container cool whip
- 1 box Graham crackers
- For the chocolate topping:
- You can use chocolate frosting from the store - nuke to soften and spread over top - 1 tub covered a 9 x 13 perfect or:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Bring to a boil, cook for 1 minute. Cool.
Broccoli Cheese Soup

In a stockpot, melt butter over medium heat
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 (14.5 oz.) cans chicken broth.
- 1 (1 lb.) loaf processed cheese food, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
Lemon Cream Pie

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups cold water
- 8 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 baked Pie Crust
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar, divided
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- Garnish: lemon slices

- FROSTING:
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cold black coffee
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt

- 7 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers
- Hot cooked rice (optional)
Simple Pork and Cabbage Skillet

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 pork chops
- 1/2 large head cabbage, quartered
