Heat oil then sweat onion till soft add garlic and cook till fragrant
- Sauce
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 large tomato purée
- 1 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 6oz tomato paste
- 1 t basil
- 2 T parsley
- 1 t oregano
- 1/2 t sage
- 2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- Sugar
- 1 1/2 c water
- Meatballs
- 1 # ground chuck
- 1 # ground sirloin
- 1 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 t parsley
- Clove garlic minced
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 t salt
