- 2 cups cooked chopped broccoli (frozen is fine)
- 1 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese (1/2 cup grated)
- 1 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 3/4 pound store-bought whole-wheat pizza dough, at room temperature
