  • 2 2 2 TBS (15 grams) whole-grain rye flour, preferably coarsely ground

  • Large Large mixing bowl, baking stones or tiles, parchment paper

  • 3/4 lb to 1 lb shrimp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • I served over spahetti squash, and sprinkled with cotija cheese and pepitas.
