- 12 oz. lean beef, small dice (12 protein)
- 3 cups onion, roughly chopped (2 carbs)
- 2 cups green beans, 2-inch pieces (2 carbs)
- 2 cups celery, roughly chopped (1 carb)
- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced (1 carb)
- 12 ounces beer (flat beer is acceptable) (2 carbs)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil (12 fat)
- 3/4 cup beef stock
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
One Pan Cajun Chicken Dinner

- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil (optional)
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Dairy Free Quiche Pizza

- 1 large or 2 small sweet potatoes (for the crust)
- 8 eggs
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 handfuls spinach (I used frozen spinach, but I think fresh would also work)
- heaping 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
- black olives
- 1/2 tsp sea salt, plus a pinch for the sweet potatoes
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Optional: substitute the onions, spinach and olives with your favorite pizza toppings.
